When they want to quit - they will find out why?<BR/><BR/>Not every organization is best (even the well-established-brands; esp. considering their attitude toward the freshers). But one's integrity and his committment with the organization is sound, leaving it can be considered beneficial to both the parties. The employer wishes (if indeed!) the welfare and better career prospects for its employees, then it with a good send-off releaves the employee; the same vice-versa.<BR/><BR/>You've made a good choice in our career.
